Steamboat Real Estate is Finally on the Mend

2012 was  a good indication that the housing market is on the mend.  There were 590 transactions for the year up 15.8% over 2011.  The median sold price was $350K up by $24,400. The avaerage days on market were 188 and there were 1,182 new listings in 2012 down by 19.4%.  The number of active listings as of this writing is 1,625, many sellers gearing up for the spring market.
